Yep...the same Clark that decided it would be in the best interests of shareholders in negotiating a final SEC settlement with shareholders, that seemed to allude HW et.al., if he was on the BOD rather than an employee.

Amazing...just 3 short months later in August of last year he got that reasonable settlement and forked up $250k of his own money as collateral to back it...all the while having his "attention" diverted for WSGI tasks with a full time job in England.

I never saw HW pony up his money for anything remotely like what Clark has done in investing in this company.

In fact, I have never seen HW's name on any list of significant investors in any filing with this company.

Seems his wants not met are a key to the company even existing today.
