The MNOs have to support development of a TC capable handset for the enterprise including gov't/military. They are among their customers and will provide them according to what they demand. Besides, the TCG solution is not competitive with the MNO UICC-based infrastructure, it's synergistic with it.

Remember there is a clear delineation between the enterprise and consumer markets anyways. TC comes to enterprise smartphones first and TC will make the phone/internet service MNOs deliver to the enterprise more secure. First and foremost an enterprise TC smartphone will provide hardware-based authentication and encryption, solutions MNOs don't provide the enterprise.
