have a question,
I called my broker to add to my position and was told the following.
I could only buy or sell 20% of the shares that have traded in the past 20 days. Therefore I could only buy a small amount and didn't bother. He said it was some kind of new rule. Have any of you heard of this limit? I think he said it was only on OTC stocks that were under one cent.
