Apparently, he's working on a completely different project in the medical field (God help us) but this is probably a rumour. On the other hand, I doubt it very much that he will ever be prosecuted because several other people would also be in the same boat. A civil suit is out of the question because he's bankcrupt. A criminal suit would cost a fortune and may not be conclusive with the complexity of the case and the interaction with some other people that worked with him. The only person with a concrete case would be David Caroni and I think that it's water under the bridge for him now that he's got all the cards with him. As for the 5 clowns that replaced Huppe, they're not any better but any lawsuits would be just as useless. How do you prosecute for stupidity? I don't think anyone will ever be suit for this one.
