This is the FatBoy that can test to level 4 and is being certified to level 3, so Murphy can keep on walking past this one. They internally test plates to 3600 fps tests compared to the 2780 of Level 3 or the 2880 fps of Level 4. Sorry, but it has been tested to many times to not believe it will pass this test.
