re: "when everything passes [then] paperwork [only left]"

Questions:

The steps required for the NIJ process requires that all paperwork be correctly submitted, else it will be rejected. But what of the testing done after the paper work, will any failure stop the process or are there certain tests that can fail but allow further other tests to be accomplished?

Might our armor pass the now expected this week final shooting phase, but a past minor low priority test having failured cause the process to restart? If so, would Bourque Industries be informed of any failed test that allows the testing to continue, and only be notified later?

Today's posts on this board speak of the assurance that the shoot test will pass based on prior testing of our armor for a similiar shot test done by us.

Does anyone here know if the armor plate we tested had an identical history of what the one in the current NIJ testing phase now has?

I doubt times two, as no one knows and most likely it did not.

As for the condition of the current plate to be tested later this week in Oregon, what of the possibility that prior to its arrivial it made contact with Mr. Murphy?

Murphy's law (fourth law of Peopledynamics) states: "There are unseened forces* activity in place to replace success with failure."

* 99% of the time the source of this force is the inattention to details.

Today's posts, along with the rest of the week(s) until the NIJ files the results will have content as if we passed all tests.

Best we wait until the chicken hatch from the egg before we invite friends over for a chichen soup lunch.
