Both, someone is dumping and he's buying some of it back.
I doubt he is the only one buying here...

More likely flippers want out now, they loaded at 0007 but
couldn't sell at 0008 lol a pitty...

Well I hope Matt's pocket is very deep, lots of dumping going on,
he needs to keep buying and holding the bid support, otherwise
it will turn ugly before Nov even begins...
