Brian, I would not rule out trade shows as a venue for launching this product. The Oct 13 show is likely not the venue due to timing but my understanding is there's a bigger show in Nov that may be a better option. I've also heard there may be separate forums for demonstrating this product to key players in the industry (not necessarily at a trade show). Perhaps, we the investors will be invited as well ;)
