The reason for the hiring policy would once again be mysterious in the absence of demand signals.


That's the whole point. Why would the company be expanding if they don't see the demand. I say they see the demand, the expanding pipeline just hasn't generated the large orders as often yet as it will in the future. They are averaging a large order every six months historically. I say that improves to 1-2/q beginning q4 and never looks back...how's that for positive thinking!!!
