Gary needs to make a dollar and cent decision whether or not the company can afford to continue filing audited financials in the form of 10Q's and 10K's. They are very costly to produce and can become a heavy financial burden on start up companies. When trying to appropriate loans in the millions of dollars audited financials are what the banks want to see but let's be honest it will be a venture capital company loaning the money and not a commercial bank.

As an investor I want to see audited financials but hell... I'm not paying for them... Or am I in the deteriorating PPS?
