All I am saying is that Black doesn't seem worried. He can easily buy back half the company at next to nothing by just bid sitting. The CEO buys and sells companies by using cash as well as common stock. I highly doubt that any of the increase in outstanding shares has hit the public market. What you say may come at some point, but Black has always been very up front about not worrying about the pps, but the long-term growth of the company. Microfill has always been the rock of HNSS's future earnings and it is about to come to fruition. Lets just hold out and see what comes of it.
