You are right about that UNDER ITS CURRENT FORM,,,Things can change very quickly in the business world,,We know that the company is in the black..We also know that the current pps would allow them to buy back any shares that were used in any transactions at this level for next to nothing if it were needed but... as is the case with most business transactions most shares will be restricted for at least a year..So depending on the deals so far on any aquisition using company common shares we have less than a year to wait for them to come off restriction As I said things can change very quickly You might want to read just how the trading of stock in privately held companies to others works Its a lot more definative and a lot more matter of fact..I would love to be one of the private shareholders in FRYS electronics A privately held company
