Im thinking that the shares and due bills are in Ameritrades hands now, but they might have made a deal with GVRP in the process... GVRP agrees to hand over the shares and in exchange, ameritrade keeps a restriction on the trading of these shares until AFTER GVRP reverse splits the stock.. JMO
