First off himmy.....the "f" key is right next to the "d" key. I'm only sharing this with you because apparently you're typing skills are lacking when it comes to spelling my name. You do realize that you're making fun of an alias, right? That's like making fun of the bottle of water I'm drinking.
As to other crooks....Sure there are. Off hand I see Enron and HealthSouth and WorldCom and there are many others. However, the Government is trying to do something about it. They're holding companies over a certain value and their CEO's responsible. It's a start. However, if you really think that CMKX is going to be a case study for anything other than how to screw shareholders, than you're crazy. There's a reason why pumpers come here to find investors for other scams. And there's a reason why people like Mach will spend money to round up all you mullets.
So, with all this crime and risks, why are you throwing away your money in it? If someone told you a casino had a crooked wheel would you go there and play it just to teach them a lesson? Perhaps your money should be in something safer like lottery tickets?
