gumpy....if you don't fit my definition than it's not intended for you. However, whether or not there is a short here is not at all the issue. You're not going to clarify anything with a company teetering on the edge of revocation. If you want to prove a short, find a legit company and have at it.
I haven't been one to say everything's on the up and up on Wall Street. My only point is why would you want to use your money to battle the giant? Investing is tough enough without having to fight the SEC and the courts as well as other investors.
I know you're not an Urban fan, but giving any legitimacy to this issue is in a sense backing what Urbie's doing, and as far as I can see, what Urbie's doing is taking your money and buying a nice house in Vegas. Congrats! You've certainly showed him.
