Bert was completely taken in by Dial. For a few months I was his O&G experience guy. I handed him off to my cousin because he is a VERY HEAVY O&G man. Whem Cuz and I started warning him about Dial, he stopped answering his phone when we called.

I'll never forget a particularly flagrant way Dial used people with his lies. BBB was on the phone regularly with the TRRC Area Manager for the San Angelo District. Adams Ranch is in that district. I had talked to that offce a few times and was always met with courtesy. It's part of their job.

One day a very angry Bert called BBB and ordered him to stop hounding the TRRC. He said that Dial was on his way to Austin because he had been summoned by the TRRC. He said Dial had to appear before them in person and see to it that his share holders stop hounding the RRC. They had threated to stopp issuing drilling permits to Dial if the harrasment didn't stop.

Complete and utter Bull Crap! Dial simpy didn't want SHs checking on him. BBB called the San Angelo Manager and he said he had never complained to Austin abot calls. He said "It's part of my job".
