I agree the timeframe says it all. If the company had their way, there would be no timeframe. Sounds like all of this is coming down from the SEC, now all we need is the official word from them that this is really going to happen.

Remember, the company is not going to just come out and say "the insider is going to cover", even if they are going to. Read between the lines.
