I agree they wouldn't have mentioned at the shm that they were implementing an awareness plan within 30-60 days. The DOD clearance will be the most relevant thing that will have put this company on solid footing to move forward hence an increase in sp.

While I have only been invested here a little over 3 years I feel as though the company is brand new as of June 2010. Now the game I play is 'average down' working to get my cost at .10 as opposed to my .13 currently so I am purchasing weekly a few k at a time in order to do so.
