Roger, I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to, but if potential investors are uncomfortable with the validity of this company, or its operations, the answer is simple -- stay on the sidelines until the audited financials are issued. Plain and simple. But then of course, don't expect to pick up the stock at 4 cents after the audit is announced.

We live in a free society; no one has to buy stock.
