No disrespect but they can say anything they want right now.

The CE is a combination of issues. Non reporting and a campaign.

Once the CE is put in place it will not be removed until the company becomes reporting. How can SNEY do harm by releasing information. Pinksheets will not give a double CE.

Also Pinksheets will not put an extension on the CE. It will be removed after a short period upon bringing filings up to date.

Once you are fully reporting they will remove it regardless of campaigns or pump and dumps. Add to that the fact that once they are fully reporting they should choose to uplist any way. Companies are on pink sheets because they either choose to be non reporting or have fallen into non reporting status do filing issues or investigations.

I really hope the best for SNEY but just cannot understand why people think SNEY should keep the community in the dark until the CE is removed. If that takes too long the massive increase in share price will lead to a recovery of lost funds for shareholders and not a continued build upon an already stellar stock.
