I posted that email to try and re-affirm why the company is not releasing as much information as we would like. As some have said before, too much information could be misconstrued by OTC as promotional without adequate disclosure. I think this response confirms that hypothesis.
Contrary to your point, I think CE is the root of the problem. Being a completely non-reporting company they could say whatever they want about results from operations, truthful or not. Most likely we would get a nice hot run and a quick correction back to normal levels with those announcements. That is not what I am here for and I don't think that is what mgmt is here for. They have announced their goals to become fully reporting and transparent. I expect those goals to be reached.
They could become transparent before reporting, but then we would be arguing about truthfulness. OR they could become current in financial information before PRing the goodies and realize a much larger bang for the buck IMO.
Just a difference in strategies IMO, and there is more than one way to eat a reese's.
Also, as some have said before, the company must be careful not to promote trading in their stock, else there could be added penalties from OTC(maybe an extension of CE, or the date they are eligible to have it removed).
Don't argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and beat you with home court advantage.
