My question refers to the Caveat Emptor status. This portion of the site explains the policy: www.otcmarkets.com/otc-101/caveat-emptor However, I was hoping you could define 'Promotional Activities' as seen in this portion of the policy: 'OTC Markets believes adequate current information must be publicly available during any period when a security is the subject of ongoing promotional activities having the effect of encouraging trading of the issuer's securities in the OTC market'.
Does this simply mean third party promotions, or can press releases and information released by a company that is promotional in nature qualify as promotional activity as well? Thanks for the help Austin
Don't argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and beat you with home court advantage.
