If you are telling him to contact Parent for answers, well to be honest its typically the worst thing you can do in these situations.

I have been in pennies a long time and when the only available information is through incorrect pumps by an insider on his cell phone, well that spells disaster for a shareholder.

Parent will likely lie nonstop to a shareholder. He will tell them what they want to hear to calm the waters but will stop short of definitive timelines or specifics. This is not to prevent insider information but rather help prevent proving him wrong. He can later say I never gave you a specific date or guaranteed what I said will happen yet. If the information is not flowing via news wires than the cell phone conversations are most commonly fraud by insiders.

Its is true whether believed or not. I would greatly discount everything Parent states. If it was true in the first place than a PR would have already stated it.

I have not dealt with Parent for months and realized early on that his communication were not to be trusted. I realized that contacting him is like believing what is written in a fortune cookie.

This is typical for most penny stocks and insiders are more commonly unethical than ethical. Nothing new and nothing to be alarmed about since its pretty standard protocol in Pink Sheet stocks. Just take his statements with a grain of salt since I doubt anyone has seen any of his statements come true.

It cracks me up the people that say big move in 6 weeks than OK by the end of September and now by the end of the year. Read every penny stock IHUB board and you will see the same thing. A very unprofessional insider pumping the stock via cell phone calls. I mean no offense to those that believe the conversations. This is not my first rodeo and I fell for the same nonsense in a Sponge company. The CFO and I had regular phone conversations. I did alright with the stock but would have made a couple 100k more had I not listened to the CFO. I can name a couple more but was smart enough not to believe the insiders again.
