I wouldn't pay any attention to that website. They are haters. TYTN sued Tractorco for defamation and won. The courts awarded TYTN $250k for the damages incurred by the defamation.
Glad to see that you're doing your DD...the more DD you do, the more you will love the direction this company is going in.
