As you know I am no expert on these patents but on a conference call Merritt discussed this technology and as I understood it IDCC had the patents that would allow more calls to go through the pipes and calls not be dropped. I don't think I am the only one who thinks they have patents for this.

If I am wrong I am sure there will be plenty here to correct me. Data-Rox has already stated that the technology was still needing to be proven or something.

I tell you what why don't you just say they have no compression technology if that makes you feel good and then without them tell me what the break up value of IDCC should be.
