all I'm saying is that I agree that Ron Paul has a strong point that if we had never interfered in the Middle East, the attacks are not likely to have happened on Sept 11

Now the flip side of that is that we would have been forced to either develop our own oil & natural resources more and sooner ad probably moved faster towards alternative energies.....

We've been controlling and interfering in the Middle East for years
and other parts of the world

Canada has not.....

In other words, there's a cause and effect that's happened and to criticize Ron Paul for stating a fact and then a logical opinion and deduction isn't being really fair to him as a candidate
