I think your $10/share valuation might be a bit too generous, but you're right, it's likely to head much higher as the EOBR market continues to expand, more middle tier truckers get into the market (they will of course go for the less expensive, Xata solution) and Xata returns to profitability.

Why hasn't Qualcomm bought them yet? Good question. Could be a concern over DOJ approval. Could be an interesting acquisition for Qualcomm though to get Xata's patents.

I'm not sure a company with out of date tech can have $60 million in sales. Maybe one with no sales would suggest that, but $60 million is a lot of revenues for a small biz with "out of date tech".
