With a market cap of only $18M and another $15M cash on hand?

Why hasn't someone big, like Qualcom, put out a $10/share offer aquisition offer?

What is wrong with XATA's stock ownership structure that is denying non-voting common stock holders the ROI they deserve?

Why has XATA's stock been trending down for nearly 3 years? Is their tech that out of date, or is it their self serving preferred stock ownership structure. Or is it all of the above?

BTW, these are not mere accusations, they are intuitively obvious to this casual observer.
