His hijacking story does seem odd.

I don't know the guy, but it does make me wonder if he is just making up the stuff about his name being forged and his company being hijacked because of all the security issues that CNEX and people connected to CNEX have faced and may be facing in the future.

Perhaps he is just trying to cover his butt.
