There is no solid proof yet that it is Winick's comapny but look at the companies it claims to hold. All but I think one are Winick affiliated companies. IMWL never was a real ecommerce site, Samai and that other person are not real, jsut made up by Winick as are many of the people who run his companies, most times from Thailand. Many of the times he will use his initials for the peoples nakes and Wiltshire Smyth is a prime example of that.

The times I ever emailed Samai and he answered, his responses were mispelled and exactly like Winicks. The IMWL and other "holdings" websites are mostly stolen from copyrighted websites.

So with that being said, anything can happen. Like I had said, there are always the pumpers who attempt to create a big pump and dump. That is the only way this will move.
