I actually tried to reach Wiltshire Smyth, which in its press releases claims that IMusic Worldwide is "wholly owned" by it after the acquisition. Of course, if that is true, it would leave none of the shares of the company trading publicly, which would mean that IMWL is a zombie ticker that does not actually represent ownership of IMusic Worldwide as an operating company (if indeed it is an operating company -- we can't really confirm that either). Is Wiltshire Smyth Winick's company?
