Great post! Yes indeed Ms. Schoen brings a lot of experience in regards to the mortgage and real estate arenas...I also found it very interesting that she has been a serious advocate for job creation in the Washington County (Florida) area.

She has a strong presence in the county and also Chipley, Florida. This has been the concentration of where New Unified Corp talks about not only the real estate investments in this area but also where they intend to start the hydroagra/ aquaponics sector of the business.

Specifically, Emax & New Unified have the intentions of training local farmers, residents, etc in hydroponic growing systems at the Washington Holmes Technical Training Center.

Karen Schoen has worked with Washington Holmes Technical Center setting up new curriculum addressing Green as a job and career path. Wrote Sale Manuals, power point presentations and trade show scripts. Conducted seminars for first time home buyers. Qualify new prospects for mortgage application.

Also Emax/ New Unified is working with ECO Lifestyle Homes in regards to green standards in home construction as well as investing in their developments.
