Ms. Karen Schoen has been Vice President of Business Development at eMax Holdings Corp., since August 1, 2010. Ms. Schoen serves as Vice President of eMax Finance, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of eMax Worldwide, Inc., and sits on the advisory board of eMax Worldwide, Inc. She has over thirty five years experience to eMax Holdings handling mortgage origination, working with builders and land developers and, recently, working with county planners and officials in Washington and Bay country Florida. She serves as an Account Executive for Addvent Funding LL. Ms. Schoen served as a FL Licensed Mortgage Broker at Liberty Financial Services and was an on-site manager for developers under contract with Liberty, managed teams of 5 in house originators, trained and quality controlled all applications, and worked closely with processors and underwriters. She served as Account Exec and Investor procurement at Public Mortgage Co - Division of Public Savings Bank, PA, where she initiated wholesale and retail division processing of all loans out of the FL office and maintained a pipeline of $3,500,000 retail business per month, and processed files to present to lender. She served at Americas First Mortgage Corporation - Licensed mortgage bankers in NW Jersey and brokers in New York. (Coldwell Banker affiliated office) - Union, NJ She served as Vice President, Loan Origination, Marketing, Financial Planning and Insurance, Developed non-conforming wholesale department. Ms. Schoen wrote a training manual for loan officers and correspondent brokers; oversaw operations managing 4 processors for consumers as well as processing for other mortgage companies; trained correspondents and loan officers; wrote operations and procedural manual for staff; coordinated instructional program for 40 loan officers; and closed first year $1,500,000 in loans, second year $8 million in loans, and fifth year $60 million in loans. She has been a Member of the Advisory Board of eMax Holdings Corp., since May 2010. Ms. Schoen also has experience as a Mathematics teacher of a JHS and was the Dean of a JHS. She holds the following civil service positions: Co-Founder and Secretary, Washington County Citizens for Economic Opportunity, www.wcceo.org; Washington County Chamber of Commerce - Member and Ambassador; Former President of Sunny Hills Civic and Improvement Association, created web presence for the association. Editor of Sunny Hills Newsletter. Ms. Schoen holds a Masters and Bachelors degree.
