I am speaking from what I believe to be the Hawks viewpoint, although I do not subscribe to it. If they leave Iraq it will set back their prime objective which is world domination. Maybe the public can protest to the point where our troops can leave Iraq however in this case adjustments will have to be made in order to continue on with their goal or objective. I don’t see them giving up their quest for hegmony and by now China and Russia are so pissed they probably can’t.

Every thing is related.


I agree the slumbering people of the U.S. are a big part of the problem.

The American public is completely ignorant of the scope of what is happening.


On the international front Bush uses 'controlled chaos' as a big part of his agenda (#msg-6706944). Do you think Bush also uses his 'controlled chaos' against us on a smaller scale? We are happily kept arguing about Democrats and Republicans, Liberals and Conservatives, Hawks and Peaceniks while the larger picture escapes us.
