Apparently it has to be used to let you know that the statement you made is untrue. Andrew did not tell me about the changing of the TA and the name until the whole process was finished and they had let Pink Sheets know, then Pink Sheets did some verifying to o.k. it to go on the website. Andrew didn't give any information out beforehand.
Today at 2pm is when the hearing is. Everyone remember that Andrew has volunteered to go into this. He was not summoned to appear. He was very unhappy with the fact that he had been lumped into this whole debacle and wants to clear his name. So he made the appointment to go in and address the fact that his name was tied to this, in addition to WDRP. When he and I talked the other day, we talked for almost 20 minutes before this even came up. I asked him about it and he said he isn't even worried, that he has other more important things on his plate that we will all find out about. Andrew's goal is to both clear his name and also take this off the radar for anyone investing in WDRP. Andrew told me he has no fears of going into this hearing. At All! He said if the AMF finds anything he will be totally surprised. As far as after the hearing goes, I work in the Securities Industry and unfortunately none of the regulatory bodies, (SEC, FINRA or AMF), give you a clean bill of health card. They just stop paying any attention to you. So this will just go away.
