We are talking about TWO subjects here. Urbie and CMKX on the one hand, and the exposing of massive securities fraud by the short sellers, on the other hand. Frizzell is focussed on the second one. You could substitute any number of stock companies for the first one. Personally I don't care one fig newton about Urbie and CMKX either. Their story is so sordid that it has attracted a mind boggling illegal short position in my opinion. And it was set up that way on purpose by some big shooters in Vegas. Urban was, is, and always will be a bum. But he was an enticing short candidate and he was used for that purpose. We still got game here.
