Net-Man......I'm thinking that the upcoming 10K will be filed on time, but probably on extension.

Brian still has a lot to deal with by himself, and the 10K time required with the auditors is substantial.

My guess is he will have a new CFO in place in the next few months; probably sometime in early 2012, following profitable reports and increased revenues.
