They are two different women. The one who filed the motion spells her last name Douglass (double s). The document shows her address is in Texas, a state where a lot of CMKXers seem to live. The other one's last name is Douglas (one s). She is a conservation scientist at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. They have very similar names but live thousands of miles apart.
