Matrix - I read that to mean that there was little or no documentation to back up any of the 2004 activity. Herring testified that all of the bank statements were reconciled, so all or most of the activity must have landed in the suspense accounts.

The "gap" in the accounting records appears to be a gaping sinkhole.
