All of my shares were purchased via E-Trade back when CKYS was really cooking. When Plant was arrested, I registered with the Victim Notification System via the Department of Justice and had to complete the Victim Impact Survey. I did this back in November 2008 (I believe) and never heard anything until this week when the check arrived.

The check was mailed from the U.S. Federal Court House (2609 U.S. Courthouse; 601 Market Street; Philadelphia, PA) where Plant pled guilty. I'm assuming if you didn't complete a victim impact survey they you were not included in the Judge's order of restitution against Plant. How Plant was able to re-pay this money to me and the others is what boggles me because I thought he had nothing left. I'm sure I won't see anymore that what I have received but it sure would be nice to receive another check because I'm still out over $22,000 on this stock.
