"I was researching their latest PR about the WOW mine and discovered some interesting things. Back in Sept 2010 cosmic group issued the following press release about a gold property they obtained options on.
"Cosmic Energy Minerals Group (CEMG) of Dallas, Texas & Tulsa Oklahoma, has presently obtained options on exceptional acreage in the Northwestern part of the United States containing copious amounts of precious minerals.....
Continued testing is presently underway. Assay samples indicate that the gold alone contains 0.324 oz/ton of ore, silver 0.277 oz/ton and lesser amounts of platinum.....
An initial tranche of $12M will give the new company enough working capital to service the initial project notwithstanding the additional mineral rights contained within its ongoing BLM claim acquisitions. Sufficient expansion capital in place will enable CEMG to be up and running at near term capacity within 120 days; weather permitting."
Guess the weather has been pretty bad over there for about a year.
Now the current press release from the WOW mine:
"today announced that its recently acquired Bayport Corporation wholly owned subsidiary, Cosmic American Rare Earth (CARE), Inc. has acquired what the company believes to be high in value, the mineral claim rights of the WOW Property for 10,000,000 restricted shares. ...."
I thought they already acquired it back in sept 2010. After all production was supposed to begin in Dec 2010. Right in the beginning of winter.
"The assay from the WOW Property has confirmed .324 ounces of gold per ton per day from sustained positive results from testing where 5,000 tons of earth per day is expected to be turned...."
Yup, exactly the same amount of gold at this site and silver.
" We are coordinating private financing that would support us creating a plan of operation in anticipation of beginning production no later than the end of October 2011 ....."
Here we go again with the promises of the start of production. How convenient that it is right before winter starts. Good reason to delay any production.
