As far as sensing the market does not believe in IDCC based on recent price, we are still in a summer pullback that is impacting the entire market indexes and that has occured at this time during the summer every year for years, followed by a rally in the late Septemer/Oct timeframe. You shouldn't try to apply this stock price action as telling you ANYTHING about what IDCC is being valued behind closed doors in an Auction type setting,as if the efficient market theory really applies here. 
We are in a really nice spot, at a really nice time. IDCC could not have timed it any better. I particularly whish they had not taken a breather till after labor day. I still consider that one a rumor too, and for all we know someone said that to quell the flying of rumors while they proceed to hammer out deals behind closed doors.
