You're picking a high ziplock when all expected LG to resign fairly quickly. $41 was the going rate for IDCC with those lowered earnings and I think primarily because of the nok factor and the refusal of LG to sign.

LG in a sense has come to be another thorn in our side because with LG then I could agree with your $58. $41 was the base and since then the market has tumbled and IDCC would have tumbled with the market.

We're going to sell out anyway, I still believe unless we go past mid Sept with no news or qualified rumors then I as GD, will be worried. .. nic

Idcc ran up to 58 several months before the announcement of an impending sale. Why would it slip back to the thirties now?
