IDCC's value to the buyer is its use as weapon
to attack competitors to stop or slow down its
products, If IDCC's patents have lost that advantage
or buyers have enough fire power to fight,
I do not think buyers are willing to pay $5+ billion
cash for the future cash profits which IDCC itself
has not be able to collect so far.
