IMO, if the conservative asset value is estimated to be between 6 to 7.5 b and my asset is the crown jewel of the LTE/4G, and I am generating good cashflow now, why'd I do a fire sale now of my asset if the bids are not even close to my conservative asset value...Who'd want to sell their house in a desirable neighborhood way under the appraised value if they are not in a financial bind ...AMHO...
