My business partner and I have done pretty well everything there is to do to revive the CRAM to no avail. We contacted representatives from the Quebec Group and David Caroni. We had a long discussion with Mr. Caroni which looked very promissing but he decided otherwise (justifiable after dealing with Huppe). Since the software was proven stolen from him, that the Quebec Group does not have the software sources codes and that the patent will always be a source of lawsuit(s), we decided to abandon the project even his we had all the technical resources to succeed, financial resources and 4.2 million dollars in potential contracts but no licencing agreement with Biocognisage.
As far as any lawsuits are concerned, we have embarked on abusiness venture involving 3 different companies and I do not feel that there's anything possible gain without the usual expenditure large amount of resources required. We invested in other ventures instead. We are done with EFFC or any spin-off of this product.
