Janice, from reading the (clips) from the transcripts, Urbie is "toast".

What the SEC dropped from the original complaint was the issuance of (unregistered) shares.

The criminal complaint will follow. (That's why Frizzie, the hero, failed with FOIA).

When it's all said and done, there will be no one that has an active interest in CMKX.
