The NSS is all a smokescreen IMHO to attempt to take away the focus from the sole purpose of this action ie CMKX failure AND apparent inability to file. I would also like to know who got $1.5 mil for the bookkeeping that yielded zip. I know a few bookkeepers and I suspect that they don't earn $1.5 mil for doing zip. The good ones here get about $40/hr. Let's see...$ mil/$40/hr = approx 37,500 hours of work. 37,500 hours...hmmm....no results...hmmmmm...
