Interesting. That is much higher than I had heard but never had such a conversation personally. My best info is the 350-400 millionish in tight hands and once was told by a person who discussed financing with them the management team owned 20% directly.
That would also bode very well for share price appreciation since it would appear 500 million is in these 3-4 groups leaving 310 million or so for the rest of us. Considering what I personally know of and ihub in general your statement would make SRSR very tightly held and any real buying either now and especially after NIostar goes public would really move the price as their is virtually no float. To me this really enforces my belief that their is no huge naked short but just a very tight float that is easily moved around by MM and temporary shorts. A huge naked short could only be even better news.
Don't forget some of the newer shares are options to those same people.
So that indeed would cause the shareholder meeting to be a formality.
