First and foremost, i would like to explain is that there will be a shareholders meeting in October as per the Sedar filings. BUT it's not because they need our votes as shareholders. Now let me explain this in detail. First of all, say there's 820mil o/s within SRSR, when i spoke to Scott for the first time (and that was back at the PDAC in 2009) i believe there were 750mil o/s at that time and 2/3 of the stock was held by 3-4 groups (part of stock is restricted) and the MAJOR holder of that stock is the prior CEO before Scott took over, as per Scott Keevil's conservation with myself. He also stated that this group was not going anywhere time soon.
So this meeting is not to get "our" votes, they already have it imho. Which makes me intrigued, as to this upcoming sharholders meeting might be the beginning of a start to communicate with all shareholders in upcoming events within Sarrissa. We'll have to wait and see.
